Python Job: Data Scientist

We are looking for a qualified Data Scientist to join our multinational team.

What you will be doing:

• 
  Mine data and extract information in Directa´s data environment.
• Build machine learning models, optimization solutions and statistical inference techniques for regression problems
• Research, prototype, and test new methodologies for measuring effectiveness and building predictive algorithms.
• Communicate results on a regular basis to partners around the world.
• Collaborate with other data scientists, data engineers, and other teams to develop data driven improvements to our platform.

Requirements:

• 
  2+ years of hands-on data science in applied machine learning and statistics.
• Proven experience as Data Scientist, ML engineer, or Data Engineer.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and Spark.
• Experimentation - AB testing.
• Building and deploying scalable machine learning models in the cloud is a plus.
• Experience in payments or other financial systems is a plus.
• Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple data science projects
• simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Team player – can effectively participate as an influential team member.
• Curious profile and positive attitude.
• Advanced knowledge in fraud detection is a plus
